Our client

Kemisol (Insulation) is the leading Belgian producer of expanded polystyrene. They have been part of the BEWI group since 2021. With a total operating area of 60,000m², around 1000m³ of insulation is produced per day. In addition to this own production, they are also distributors of a wide range of other insulation products. With about 80 employees, they serve about 1000 customers per year. They work as much as possible tailored to the customer.

Kemisol has a very accessible corporate culture. Most of their employees are from the region and a seniority of more than 15 years is the rule rather than the exception. Job description

As Finance Manager you will be responsible for the closing, various financial processes (AP/AR/Payroll), consolidations, reports, preparation of cost calculation, investment analyses and budget preparation. The Finance Manager is expected to lead 3 employees (in a coaching way), to help implement a new ERP system and to provide support in the audits.

It is a very broad position where on the one hand you will be strongly involved with the entire business operations and on the other hand you will also take responsibility for providing operational support where necessary..

Profile

As a Finance Manager you look back on at least 5 years of experience within Audit, Controlling or as a Finance Manager. More experienced candidates are certainly also eligible. Due to the international nature of Kemisol, as part of the BEWI group, a very good knowledge of English is required. A good knowledge of French is a plus. For this position it is important that you can perform under time pressure, have an interest in different ERP systems and have a real hands-on mentality with a great operational affinity.
